Its OK if things actually work, but when there is an issue they have zero help. I have submitted 2 requests for the same issue to be resolved & have no replies whatsoever. Its simply no good if some events show on Songkick & not Spotify. They simply don't care.

Today I logged in to songkick to access some ticket sale. I logged in using spotify.
Some hours later I see my spotify accont email has been changed. And it is indeed the case.
Is this a scam website?

I bought a concert ticket though songkick, who then stated that it was postponed (i assumed because of covid). However the gig was not postponed, songkick just displayed the wrong information. They admitted to this when i contacted customer care but refused to give me a refund even though on the artists' website it said that the whole tour was 'powered by songkick'. Very poor service

Song kick are advertising Neil diamond tickets which as fans know is untrue

BEWARE!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. Site selling tickets for concerts that aren't even real. Showing Numerous YUNGBLUD concerts that he's not even going to be at. I know because I've checked. One was in my home town, which I thought was strange I hadn't heard. So phoned the venue. No such concert exists. Another artist there on the advertised date.

Worst website to check for concerts!

I booked two concert tickets in Paris for a concert of an artist. On their website one could see a picture of that very artist, as well as the venue. I booked and I payed via FNAC.
When I arrived at the concert (at that venue), there was a different artist playing that night and we found out, that Songkick just mixed up these two musicians (they even put up the wrong picture on their website).
I contacted Songkick and FNAC and neither even bothered to reply to my message. I'm mad and super disppointed!

Thanks to signing up to Song Kick a few years ago, and clicking on my favourite artists, I have been notified of almost all of the concerts I have ended up attending through this time, and all local of the artists tracked. The links to purchase tickets are accurate and reliable. The timing of notifications has allowed me to attend several sold-out shows. Genuinely improved my quality of life.

Songkick always does a great job of tracking my favorite artists and letting me know about upcoming concerts that I don't want to miss.

what a night!! had so much fun and was in my element when mic came on the stage. great atmosphere all round, bodies aching now though lol. x

We loved the entire performance...All the band members are fantastic and Rob/ Big Sandy is always so personal with all of his fans. I think the passion for the music they all share is what makes them the Best Music Group out there today.

I love Songkick. It is easy to use, well-designed and gives me great recommendations that save me time and energy. It also does a great job interacting with Spotify to recommend new artists I'm not familiar with and generally is very accurate.

Songkick is great to get early news of concerts from my favorite artists.

Excellent tool for keeping track of artists playing nearby.

Awsome show, have been wanting to see them for such a long time and it was everything I expected and more, will for sure go see their next show when they come back to Ontario . Love what they are doing to support addiction, I myself have been fighting addiction for years and their music really helped pull me out of some dark places and gave me the hope and strength to move forward.

I have been a fan from the very first time I heard them sing together, and they didn't disappoint this time either. They are just phenomenal.

Enjoyed ERIC Nam in the smaller venue of The Palace Theatre in St Paul, MN. Great song choices, interaction with the fans, great crowd.
