I had a bad experience at first

I had a bad experience at first, because my 20 liter canister of Dish Soap (lemon), upon arrival, was almost 1 liter short. However: I filmed the opening of the canister and the breaking of the seal, and asked for compensation. It took a while before I got a response, but in the end Sonett transferred the money to buy a 1 liter bottle of this washing-up liquid. So. Kudos for fixing the problem. Even though I had to have quite a bit of a back and forth about it.

Am especially happy since I've always really liked this particular detergent. It's a very good one and environmental friendly. To be clear also: Sonett's representative assured me that too little soap in their canisters is normally not a problem ever, and I have no reason to be suspicious of his claim. Again: good work in the end.
