Best deal for a US phone company

I live in Mexico but my business is in the US. Sonetel has done so much for us, as a business. Any client can call the Sonetel US number, and it will be redirected to me. SMS and voice messages get to my email inbox right away. I could not be happier with its service.

Moreover, when I contacted them when I needed an invoice they sent it the next day. Very very happy with its customer service too!

Incomplete and missing information led to pay for nothing. Customer care asking for many documents, multiple times even if already provided.

Support team did a great job managing a number switch. Appreciate their help and follow ups. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the app needs some attention. But great service from the help team and happy over all.

It doesn't work

It doesn't work. I bought a number and credit for making calls. The system is super buggy, slow, does not connect, locks me out all the time. It's a real headache and lost money.
I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from this company.

Banned for Actually Using the Service

I genuinely cannot wrap my head around how a company whose entire value proposition is "make and receive calls" will ban your account for… making calls.

I signed up for Sonetel specifically to make outbound calls to the US. That's it. That's the whole reason their platform exists. A handful of calls later, my account was suspended without warning, without explanation, and without any meaningful recourse.

No prior notice. No "hey, here's what went wrong." Just: gone.

This is the equivalent of a taxi company banning you for asking to be driven somewhere. Or a restaurant throwing you out for ordering food. The core function of their service is the exact thing they penalized me for.

Great App for International Calling.

Straight-forward service with a smile

I did run into a problem with my account due to an unusual use pattern from my side. The account was temporarily suspended, but a short series of email exchanges with Priya Behera, the customer agent I did get in contact with, solved this problem with a short series of emails. I did enjoy this smart and kind support and will be happy to remain a customer in the future.
