Company ghosted me after I complained about the chair
I had ordered a custom built chair from them last year. It was a less than ideal experience in terms of communicating with them as they sometimes would take days or weeks to respond during the quotation process of the order. Chair is decent, however I do not feel it was shipped with one of the options I ordered, the 'Air' cushion option. Air cushion is supposed to be max comfort and max coolness - what I got just feels like some kind of foam (does not feel like the honeycomb structure like brochure shows), is not as comfortable as brochure implies and runs hot. I spoke with Chris about the Air cushion issue, he said he would speak to his Design Team and get back to me. He never got back to me. In fact, they straight up have ghosted me, not returning any emails and phone call whatsoever at this point. What kind of company will ghost a customer like this? Either a company that is out of business, or a company that does not care about their customer base.
