Great service

This is the second time I have ordered security cameras. The first purchase was a better deal as they had the more you buy the lower the price. This second purchase all 4 cameras were the same price. poor quality and bad PR
I had a bad DVR that failed first with the HDMI cable. So, i had to use the VGA cable. then, a week and a half later the whole unit failed. I spoke with Samsung, they said to go on line and look up the form to send the unit back. The form had a clause that it would take 2 days to evaluate if they would repair the unit. I pulled up the form and tried to fax the form back. The number went to a residence. I e-mailed them twice, I still have not had a response yet. I have half the cameras in place now. If it wasn't such a pain to get them down, I would send everything back.

Good Product, Fast Service
I was not entirely sure what to expect from Soltech since I only learned about them by searching theintenret. But I was pleasantly surprised. The ordering was easy, the shipping was lightning fast (as fast as you would get from Amazon Prime), and the products were exactly as ordered.
The products that I purchased were refurbished, but you couldn't tell. They've been functioning now without any issues.
