Poor Quality Product and Refusal to…

Poor Quality Product and Refusal to Accept Fault

I ordered lenses from Solotica for £47 and received a product with a visible rip in one of the lenses. Despite providing clear photographic evidence of the damage, Solotica refused to accept a return or issue a refund, claiming the item was ineligible because the box was opened. How else are you supposed to discover a defect in the product?

Their customer service was rigid and dismissive, offering only limited options rather than acknowledging the fault. I’ve since escalated the issue to my bank for a refund and will not be purchasing from Solotica again.

Buyers beware: if something is wrong with your order, don’t expect much help. Very disappointing experience.

Scam - Do not use

Solotica.com - Scam. I ordered lenses in September 2024 and it is now October 2024.
When I checked the tracking, it just says that it’s sitting in Saudi Arabia.

I paid 210€ for lense not working with my view . I called the solotica customer service and them told me we could send you a new lense but you need to take a picture of the lense cut .
When I saw the bad quality of the lenses I threw it in the trash .
Now they don’t want to remboursed me or send me a new pair of lenses for a picture . They don’t trust their customer .
It’s not professional and not ethical .
