Duropal India white
SSKD gave excellent customer service throughout despite an error on my part . They delivered a replacement worktop within 48 hours, had friendly helpful delivery drivers and customer service staff. I would thoroughly recommend doing business with them . The product is also very good , the worktops are far superior to laminate worktops I had bought previously from a Swedish store. Duropal looks fabulous with excellent quality.
Thank you!

Ordered worktops, no delivery
Ordered worktops, did not turn up on 3 separate occasions. Lost 3 days work .
Some is correct, I had to repeatedly call for updates . I did not receive updates . I understand that they are not responsible, however if they had informed me on the initial delivery day , when it did not arrive. I would have sourced an alternative rather than lose 3 days work .

We want to apologise to our customer.
We have been experiencing problems of late with Wilsonart deliveries, with one of the brands they supply.
They had recently switched delivery companies without initially informing us, which has been the cause of these issues and caused many problems. Unfortunately, we were not kept informed by the manufacturer's distribution team at all!
Whilst our customer is quite correct, we have kept him informed with updates after chasing, and advised updates as we received them.
Due to these issues, we have switched our deliveries away from Wilsonart to another distributor of these products, ensuring this situation does not recur in the future.
We are very sorry once again for the problems our customer has experienced with the delay of his delivery of these items.
After a request today, we have cancelled our customer order and issued a full refund.

Great company and fantastic worktops
Great company, very helpful when I contacted them for advice regarding the worktops before purchasing. No issues with delivery -great communication and arrived on time and carefully packed - just make sure you have strong people available to help unload them as very heavy! Worktops were perfect and exactly as described. Overall great shopping experience from start to finish
