Sogolytics has been an asset for community surveys. It is easy to use and distribute the surveys as well as read through the data.

Our experience with SoGolytics has been very positive. We use SoGolytics at a school for staying connected to students, parents, and teachers. Our jail ministry is a 501c3 non-profit that has been using the SoGoSurvey tool for the last 10 years as a means for capturing key data points from volunteers. After one of our folks visit a specific jail to lead a Bible Study or Celebrate Recovery Group Session, they use a system link to simply input the visit date, facility name, type of visit, and number of attendees.

Because of the ease and speed of this 1-minute process, we achieve a very high compliance rate in reporting. Since 2017, our volunteers have used this platform to report over 4,400 visits within jails that were attended by nearly 49,000 detainees. I love that they have free licenses for students, it is intuitive, and has a lot of different preset question types that you can use without extra customization. So far, has been a solid experience.

Hi All, I use SoGoSurvey to conduct research on human behavior. I created a rather simple survey and have created a spreadsheet model in excel that import the data from the survey.

By doing this, I am able to understand the human behavior and i am able to create a personality profile of all participants on the review. I highly recommend SoGoSurvey because of it simplicity and power. It is simply a nice tool you must have.

I've been using Sogolytics for several years now, first for simple surveys as an alternative to SurveyMonkey, then for doctoral research, and more recently for nonprofit work. It has proven over years to be a reliable platform with the functionality I need. They continue to upgrade the interface and tools, and recently added some helpful AI functions for generating surveys which saved an incredible amount of time.

I had a recent issue and contacted customer support. They were responsive, quick to act, and cordial.

All around, Sogolytics has been a good survey and research platform in my experience.

I discovered Sogolytics while I was looking for a survey tool for my Master Thesis. Compared to other softwares, the free version gives you enough possibilities to start creating your own project and it will convince you to shift to a premium account to exploit all the features to their full extent.
Moreover, the graphic is very pleasant and easy to follow through.

I came across Sogolytics while searching for survey software for my dissertation research. I needed a professional survey with SPSS export capabilities. I emailed customer support several questions. They responded immediately and were very friendly. I would recommend working with Sogolytics.

The things I love from SoGoSurvey:
1. The customer support. They're fast, friendly, and gives step by step explanation which is so easy to understand. I asked so many questions before deciding to use SoGoSurvey for my research and they did not mind at all with all my detailed and prickly questions. They are also willing to recommend the appropriate product for your needs by showing you the plus and minus of each product.
2. The user-friendly products. I mean, I'm a total beginner in making online survey who is also a wreck when facing a technology I'm not familiar with. SoGoSurvey is easy to learn about and the customer support is always ready to help you when you really hit a wall. Also, they have display mode that is eye-friendly so users and their to be respondent who are prone to light sensitivity can feel at ease.
3. The type of questions available. From basic multiple choice to image choice to ranking questions, it is just so awesome having so many tools ready at your hand. Multiple drop-down and drill-down questions are my favourite!
4. Downloadable data result in csv format; it makes it easier for me when I want to clean my data set.
5. Student discount. Being a student is a hard challenge already and textbook prices sucks the life of student. SoGoSurvey’s student discount offers is such a beautiful gesture.
All in all, I’m more than willing to recommend SoGoSurvey to other people.
