Fantastic Customer Service
Initially, I had thought I would regret buying a key from here... But I couldn't have been more wrong.
I bought my Windows 10 Pro key a good few months before I had built my computer, and when I went to install Windows everything ran smoothly.
I was able to activate Windows perfectly, but two days later I received a notification from my computer saying my Windows wasn't activated.
'Strange', I thought. I contacted Microsoft about the problem and they informed me that the key I had used was sent back to Microsoft.
So then I contacted the seller, these guys. They assured me this was the first time they've had this problem. After sending over a screenshot of my error and the key I was using, they were quick to supply me with a new key. They had me back up and running fine with very little hassle.
I'm very happy to have worked with Software Bear and I have to say that their customer service is brilliant.

Received my order very quickly. The product worked initially, I then had some issues with Microsoft, but SoftwareBear were very quick with their response and sorted all my problems within 12 hours. Will 100% be using again and would recommend!

Highly recommended software provider! I came across them initially on Amazon and although I was a bit sceptical in the first place, the customer experience turned out to be excellent. I bought a license for windows 7 pro and although the first key provided couldn't be verified by MS, Harry readily provided me with a fresh one which worked out very well. The service was very personalized, you really cannot ask for more from a software provider! I will come back anytime I need some new piece of software.
