Called a few days ago to see if they had shipment on a shoe that I liked + wanted to place order for 2nd pair. After hearing from softmoc associate that the supplier had discountinued the product I was informed to reach out to the manufacture to see if this would be returning or having to order something else that I wasn't going to be happy with.
The manager at the St-Albert location was amazing! She will go above and beyond to help you! Definitely recommend!
I purchased a purse online; came very quickly. Unfortunately the strap broke after a month’s use. I went to my closest store to see what they could do. The manager of the Oakville store, Laura was extremely pleasant and helpful. I received my replacement purse within a few days. I Would highly recommend Soft Moc.
I received a gift card for Christmas and ordered 3 pairs of shoes from SoftMoc online. I had to return one pair and received a store credit. When I went to use my credit, I was informed the company no longer ships to the US, and they cannot honor my credit nor transfer it to another form of payment. I received no notifications, and when I contacted the customer service department, I was told there was nothing they could do. This is insane. I frequently shop online from retailers across the world, and this is my first experience with such an act of fraud and deception. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY!
Received a broken and unwearable pair of slippers with missing sole. Sent pictures, confirmed faulty. Rep refused to replace them or hold the size until they received the broken pair back. They were then sold out by the time they got the return. Just a massive waste of my time that could have been easily resolved with good customer service.

I had ordered a pair of sandals and only after ordering I saw how poorly this store is reviewed. To my surprise, everything went well. There was no issue with payment, shipping was relatively fast and I received the correct product. I can't speak for their return services, since I ordered exactly what I needed. They offered the best price across all stores online and I would order from them again.
After reading reviews I was very skeptical to order from them. However, they were the only place I could find the specific Reebok classics I wanted so, I took a chance.
Had problem initially using debit card, but after calling and speaking with Bianca, it went very smooth and easy to order.
Package is on the way and I am currently tracking. So far so good.

If I could Honestly, give them a zero I would. Cross iron mall was there Seen puma runners on clearance for $43.96 so there was at least 5 boxes of size 7, but I needed 7.5 which I found. The cashier rings them and says it comes up as $59.99 and I said NO all (at least 5)the boxes say $43.96 on them. She advises she needs to contact customer service and it will take at least 15 minutes so I told her I will come back. When I came back she said they won’t honour that price even though all of them said $43.96. Manager (Gaz) comes out saying the exact same thing and I’m now mad. I told her that’s not right you guys put these out at that price yet you are not giving them at that price. I told her she honestly should honour it and she replied so rudely with a snarky reply “I don’t have to do anything “. Walks away from me heads to the back and leaves me there standing wondering what the hell!!!!
So I went back to all the runners and funny enough they ripped off all the sale tags off of all boxes. So obviously they don’t do their job well and for a manger to speak to me like that it was absolutely disgusting.
Misleading info on shipping and return on line. Written 60 days for shipping and returns, in QA written that some items maybe charged shipping fees. NO mentioning in order that shipping fees will be charged.
Should be CLEARLY stated if for any of the items in the order will require fees.

Stay Away At All Costs! They take zero responsibility for their mistakes. They claim an item has been shipped and delivered when it hasn't and still charge your credit card. Don't bother calling customer service-complete waste of time. This company has very shady and very suspicious business
practices, they should be ashamed. I will NEVER buy another item from them again.
Ordered on line BLUNDSTONE boots on line December 1st/24. A few days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I phoned and asked if i could get the deal in the store, and they told me there was no sock and they would not be getting more. As soon as the sale was over, they became available at regular price. They would not honour the sale price!
The online shopping experience was very terrible. First issue was they advertised as "free shipping free returns free in-store pickup", but after I placed the order, they charged shipping fee per item. I got 5 items, so I need to pay 5 different shipping fees. When I got one of the items, I noticed that item was worn, so I emailed them but no response after a week. Then I contacted the online agent and the agent did created a free return label for me, but not answering if I would be fully refunded including the shipping fees that I paid for. It took 1 hour on the line with them as the agent answered super slowly for each question and they do require me to contact them back once I return the item for the refund. I don't know how much longer this will take to actually get my money back. It was really a waste of time

Ordered boots for a family member, expected to arrive Dec 19. It is now Dec 30 and no updated tracking since Dec 19. Went to the store in St. John’s who insisted it was my issue to solve with the courier (who I have tried unsuccessfully to contact). She (Manager) refused to intervene and was quite condescending. This is the worst Customer Service I have experienced in a very long time. I did get mad to ask how this was my problem, she threw the receipt back at me. I will never shop here again.
Very rude and impolite managers at Sofmoc Scarborough Town Centre. Yelling at customers and not telling customers where to go if they need to check shoe sizes. Supervisor telling the customers they are not getting paid enough
I used to love shopping here for comfy shoes at a decent price and have pretty much exclusively bought my winter boots from here over the past decade. But the new online shipment charges are utterly nonsensical. Why on earth would you charge customers $7 to ship items to your ACTUAL SHORE to pick up (the same price as having UPS ship them straight to your house)? No other store does this. Not to mention that the Canada Post Strike is over now. So why are you still using UPS? The whole situation is completely unhinged.
I ended up finding the exact same winter boots I wanted at the exact same price at Factory Shoe with free shipping (via UPS to boot). So congratulations Softmoc: you lost a once loyal customer.
Worst customer service I ever experienced. tried to place an order site kept timing out, said to contact customer service 3 calls all hung up on me. waited chat for 15 min no response. cannot leave company a review unless you have a receipt or create an account will never buy from them again went to amazon.
I ordered a pair of slippers online. No tracking information appeared. No one answered the phone at their "Customer Care" number. No one replied to my emails. The parcel finally appeared three days late, it was left under a piece of furniture in the lobby.

They're a joke. Completely agree with bad customer service. So they now charge shipping fees to pick up in store. And per item!! So if you're buying two items, you'll be charged shipping twice, to still have to go into store and pick them up. What a joke. No other stores does that. Also all their reviews on their website are fake AI reviews. Don't trust those.
