DO NOT USE!
Ordered correct part number off website - sent different part number part - parts do not work, all 3 parts no good! then they stop replying to emails, but they reply to trust pilot?, how can 3 separate laptops be faulty! A big loss.

No sign of the product…no help to track it down
Item was not delivered to my house despite me being at home. Note from DPD saying it was at local post office. Local post office claim never to have received it. When I notified SoftHands that the post office don’t have it, their response was to ‘collect it from the post office’. Hopeless. No sign of any resolution. Money gone. No product…
