Did not accept a return on cat pee smelling sofa

We ordered a sofa that was stated to come from a pet free and smoke free home, upon delivery we quickly discovered the sofa smelled of cat urine and had cat scratches all over it. I requested to return it the next day. My whole house began to smell. The company has a 14 day return policy, yet they refused to accept the return and told me to go sell the sofa myself. Unacceptable and illegal. I have spent weeks trying to return the sofa, begging for a refund and return. Soffexpert and Sam working there did not cooperate. I am deeply disappointed, angered, and now out 11,000 kroner. Have to spend even more money now to haul the sofa away. Unacceptable business behavior.

Fast and polite

Sam from soffexpert was polite and responsive. We communicated through blocket and they delivered my sofa two days later to a house an hour north of Malmö.
I am sitting on the sofa now and can’t believe how easy they made the whole thing. I would prefer payments to go through blocket, but the their free, friendly and fast delivery was much appreciated and makes their business stand out. Thanks!
