I bought a Bella Companion chair. I was nervous about buying without trying but the very helpful sales assistant, the returns policy, and the fabric samples sent beforehand all reassured me. The chair was delivered exactly when I was advised and it meets every expectation - it is very comfortable (I wanted something firm) and a lovely fabric.

My order was delivered on time and placed in my sitting room by the two drivers. The sofa is just right for the space, simple and stylish in design. It is also very comfortable.

I needed a decent-sized sofa bed and decided to buy again from sofasofa because they were so good last time. It took a while for me to decide and I did have queries and then requested a swatch and their customer service is so helpful. They were good at keeping me updated and, on the day, the men who delivered the sofa bed were lovely. I ordered the Denver sofa bed in Atlanta stone. We haven't used it as a bed just yet, but it is comfortable as a sofa and the pull-out bed mechanism when it was demonstrated to me seems very sturdy and well made. I would definitely go to this company again when I might be needing an individual chair...

The shopping experience from beginning to end was excellent. The sofa and love seat are beautiful and really well made.

The product is excellent, just what I wanted. Very good quality. When ordering over the phone the Lady was very helpful and professional. The ordering and the website are excellent and very efficient. Unfortunately, the delivery men let the Company down. Unfriendly and not polite. One never acknowledged me, the other spoke to me because I asked him a question. Not asked where I wanted the furniture in the room, just left where they decided. We are elderley and a little consideration would have been appreciated. They just wanted to be as quick as possible - no customer service at all. Sorry for the negative comment at the end, but they let the Company down.

Knowing I wanted two Chesterfield-style sofas, and having looked at many different versions in shops and online, I saw the SofaSofa ad in The Sunday Times magazine, looked up the website and was amazed to find that I could buy 2 for less than the price of one in other stores. Suspecting this must be too good to be true, I made the trip to Newport to check out the goods and was pleased to find exactly what I was looking for with the friendly and knowledgeable help of staff. And I’ve been very happy so far now that they are in my living room!
They did take a bit longer to come than promised but communication was clear and effective. The showroom was quite hard to find but the trip was worth it for peace of mind. I would happily recommend SofaSofa to anyone wanting a good quality sofa at a bargain price. And best of all, it’s a British company! 🇬🇧

We bought this sofa 5 years ago but a problem occured with one of the feet whereby the whole thing became loose and fell off. This was then repaired within the guarantee period but within just over 2 months the same problem has occurred. We would have thought that the so called repair would have lasted much longer than this. After contacting sofa sofa about this they said there was nothing they could or would do because it was now outside the guarantee and suggested we try some local furniture upholsterer. This has soured any future purchases that I would recommend people making.

Nice sofa, fair quality. Unfortunately having an issue with flat cushions. Sofa isn't used daily and cushions are quite flat. Happy they are looking into it, but not happy they collect cushions and you have a sofa without cushions for 7-10 days! I find that pretty unacceptable. They do not have onsite repair agent. So be mindful of the after sales issue if you purchase.

Update: after gaslighting me, they replaced one cushion, even though they said not faulty (odd). Tried to tell me statutory rights weren't transferable (incorrect), selling sofa. Would NEVER use them again.

From the start the staff were amazingly helpful and took the time to go through the details of the love seat and sofa I wanted.
I was kept up to date on the delivery.
Delivery men were super efficient,placed furniture and took the rubbish.

I recently travelled 100 miles to South Wales to view the Sofas in real time to test them out.
Staff were pleasent and i was left alone which i liked.
I chose a 3 seater Clifton sofa in Chelsea biscuit colour with treatment and delivery came to £1,134.
The Sofa was delivered on time and unpacked and set up effortlessly.
The Sofa is fantastic the real deal in quality and style in my opinion and every one who visits says how nice it is.
The company cannot be rated highly enough in my eyes and if you are in the market to buy go the extra mile and visit the showroom folks you shall not be disappointed..

We purchased a Blenheim 2 seater sofa (on line). Apart from a few problems finalising a delivery date and the sofa arriving with castor legs instead of plain, we were very pleased overall. The sofa is of a high quality and very attractive. The plain replacement legs were immediately couriered by SofaSofa and their customer service was excellent. Would definitely buy from them again.

This company is very highly recommended. The quality of the sofa is perfect. The customer serviced is outstanding. I don't think I have come across a company that values their customers so highly. Thank you SofaSofa, an absolutely brilliant experience.

I've had the Mia 3 seater sofa approximately 3 months.
Quality seems good, the fabric hasn't worn and the cushions are still supportive. Delivery went smoothly and ahead of the ETA.

This is my 4th purchase. I always compare Sofa Sofa to the well known stores, order samples etc. not with any real seriousness of buying, more confirmation that the customer service, quality of sofas and chairs, cost of Sofa Sofa goods is at least equal to the big boys and in my opinion Sofa Sofa are superior. First class service from start to delivery of sofas with packaging taken away, feet added and sofa in place. 5 stars, no hesitation.

We won't order sofas anywhere else again! Absolutely thrilled from start to finish - customer service perfect, website easy to use, quality insane, delivery marvellous :-)

I purchased a sofa from SofaSofa and unfortunately experienced an issue where one section made a noise. The sofa was collected for repair, but when it was returned, the noise persisted. I contacted the aftercare team to address the problem again and was disappointed to learn they wanted to collect it once more.

When I expressed my concerns, the response from the aftercare team was shockingly rude and unhelpful. I first spoke with one clerk, who was dismissive and lacked basic customer care. Another staff member (also a clerk) I spoke to was equally rude. When I escalated the matter to their Manager, rather than acknowledging my experience, she defended the team’s behaviour and even stated that “the customer is not always right,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.

For a company that prides itself on quality and customer relationships, this level of aftercare is unacceptable. I hope SofaSofa takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service, especially in aftercare support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Our third purchase from you over the last 30 years and was as good as ever. The sofas are perfect. Exactly as described size wise. Arrangements for delivery were very helpful and delivery prompt and cheerful. Would recommend.

Really helpful customer services regarding fabric swatches, ordering was really easy online and communication excellent. Delivery team were brilliant, kept updated on delivery day and were great getting sofa into the house. This was replacing another sofa of theirs which has lasted years, hopefully this does the same.
