I can't praise Sofa Assist highly enough. They moved two sofas through a very difficult space and hoisted up to our first floor living room through sash windows they had taken out. They came when they said they would, were courteous and calm, and shouldered all the stress. They were very respectful of the property and carried out the job to my complete satisfaction. I have no hesitation in giving a five star rating and confidently recommend them.

Relieved my stress instantly. Got my sofa through the balcony this morning. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Lovely people, clean & tidy. No issues and put my sofa together.

They dismantled my balcony door to get the sofa in, and reassembled it with no problems at all. They knew what they were doing, professional and personable too. Good communication via email during the booking process, and turned up when they said. I couldn't ask for more

The guys did a phenomenal job moving my enormous sofa into my tiny flat.

They were able to take a window out of its frame and hoist it in via a rope, then reassembled it once it was inside.

The whole thing took no time at all and they were super clean and polite. Couldn't believe how easy they made it look.

We ordered a sofa that we thought would fit down the stairs to our newly-created basement room but well before it was delivered we realised this wasn't going to be possible. We phoned the retailer, who recommended Sofa Assist. Frank came out to our house a few days after the sofa was delivered, and only a short time before Christmas. He totally dismantled the sofa and passed it through a tiny window before reassembling it. The sofa looks exactly as it did when it was delivered and we have enjoyed using it over the Christmas holiday.
We have no hesitation recommending Sofa Assist.

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from Frank and his team at Sofa Assist. Not only was I able to speak to him immediately (he took my call on a job site and facetimed to see the situation) but he was able to get me booked in the next day. He was proactive and looking for any and all solutions to get my sofa into my new flat - even banging on neighbors doors on my behalf! I've never seen anyone so enthusiastic and committed to customer service. He even gave me tips on how to get other furniture in. I can't recommend them enough - they took care of my sofa and got the job done with an amazing attitude and eye to detail.

A massive thank you to Frank and his team for their help and assistance last week with my Sofa & bedroom furniture for which I used their services. Everything was safely delivery using their hoist system to the first floor as access was restricted from the ground floor. Frank was great! I called him in the morning my sofa was delivered as we couldn’t get it up the stairs. He was able to come around that afternoon. He was prompt, on time and a lovely man. He was professional and explained what he was doing and even advised on the positioning of our sofa once he had got it through the window they put the sofa together for us. Highly recommend Frank and Ayden. Thank you to you both you took the stress out of our day! Thanks again.

I couldn't recommend Frank and his colleague highly enough. They were extremely professional, reliable, quick and great all-round guys. They got my sofa through a very tight space by taking my bay window on and off within the space of half an hour with no damage at all! Fantastic all around. I don't know of another company that can offer a similar service to this. We needed a very heavy mattress hauled into a first floor window from outside. Great job done. Would recommend without hesitation.

The only way to do Frank at Sofa Assist justice would be to get a thesaurus and look up all the synonyms for fantastic. Called him to enquire, and in a matter of hours he’d gotten our giant sofa out of the kitchen and into the living room through a first floor window. Without removing the window (which everyone else had advised as necessary). Professional, efficient and a great guy - I truly couldn’t recommend him enough.

Frank at Sofa Assist is a genius! A very helpful, responsive company, who helped us out enormously. Can’t say enough positive things, and now have our sofa out of the hallway and into our front room- something we didn’t think would have been possible a week ago! Thank you very much Frank!

We recently had our sofa delivered. The delivery company could not fit it through the door of the lounge. I called sofa assist after a recommendation and they were round in 30 mins. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond! They had the sofa in the lounge in no time and covered some marks left on the wall during the move. Highly recommend!!

My partner & I recently purchased our first property and were really struggling to get the sofa up the communal stairs. We got in contact regarding potentially getting it up to our second floor balcony. After emailing them over some details & the link to our sofa they phoned and advised to check if the arms come off. Well this worked a treat & we managed to get our sofa into our apartment! They were so efficient & helpful, highly recommend!!
