Frank was exceptional in helping get our sofa into our flat. Had to be hoisted up to 3rd floor over the balcony and then helped assemble the rest of it once inside. Amazing. Life saver!

We live in Scotland so Sofa Assist were unable to physically help with moving the huge and heavy corner sofa we had bought 2nd hand up into our attic living room. Frank made a video call to us and kindly guided us through how to take the sofa to bits in order to get it up and around the awkward staircase - Before contacting Sofa Assist I had almost given up hope of getting it up the stairs and thought we may well have to sell our lovely sofa on again. Thanks to Frank's advice it is now upstairs and looking great - all free of charge and out of the goodness of his heart! Thank you so so much for all your help :)

Frank and Adrian were the ultimate professionals. I had a very tricky job moving a 150kg object through a tight space and they handle it beautifully. I went to 4 different moving specialists prior to finding Sofa Assist and all said the job couldn't be done. Frank found a way and I am forever grateful!

Frank was a huge help for us in getting the Sofa into the Living room. You could see he had clear experience and knew exactly what to do when we'd all given up on getting it into the space.

Excellent service - Frank was very helpful on our first conversation and all follow up communication. On the day Frank & Adrian needed to dismantle the sofa (as expected) to get it into our flat on the 3rd floor with no lift. They were very friendly and worked hard to achieve this for us. There is absolutely no way of knowing by a visual inspection that it was taken apart and the sofa feels more robust than before. I would definitely use their services again

We had a bed delivered on Sunday and we had that nightmare where the damn thing wouldn't fit up the stairs. I came across Sofassist whilst frantically looking for someone to help with our problem. Frank answered my enquiry almost immediately and after sending through some details and pictures, he arranged to come the very next morning! Extremely impressed with how quickly the situation was dealt with and before we knew it our base and mattress were up over the balcony and in our bedroom. Absolutely outstanding and would recommend to anyone that has a problem like this. Thanks again guys!!

I had just bought a new sofa that wouldn’t fit through our narrow doorway. I sent an email to Sofa Assist, and Frank replied. He offered to FaceTime me, free of charge, to talk through how to remove the back of our recliner in order to fit it through our front door. Thanks to him and his outstanding customer service, our sofa is now comfortably in our living room! Will highly recommend!

This morning my new sofa arrived and didn't fit through my hallway. We rang Frank and he was able to come round straightaway. He and his colleague were able to get my sofa through the window on the first floor WITHOUT any kind of crane device - just strength. It was actually insane and they made sure my sofa was fully protected throughout and even attached the new feet at the end. I can't thank them enough. They saved a very stressful situation. Highly highly recommend!!
