So far I've had nothing but great luck with SoClean products!!

My so clean had red and yellow lights showing so they sent me a new machine.

I love my SoClean. It is super easy to assemble and use. My bundle came with everything I needed to keep my CPAP clean and tidy. I highly recommend it for anyone who has a CPAP.

Filter replacement kit.
I ordered the Filter replacement kit for my SoClean and it arrived quickly.

I got my SoClean 2 equipment on April 17th; I read the instructions; I called the company customer service number the next week and was immediately told my call was number 187 in the queue - I held to talk for over 45 minutes then hung up the phone in frustration. I e-mailed the info account of the company and gave them my opinion about how sorry their service was - I returned the equipment on Monday, April 26th, at my expense via UPS, under the 30-day free trial option of the company. I will never do business with these people again and I will never recommend them to others - ever.

I recently got my new filters for my SoClean, Of course, I have to say that SoClean is a godsend for those of us the have to use CPAPs every night. It really makes keeping everything clean and safe very very simple.

I love it. I don't have to wash my equipment everyday.

I have purchased cartridges on line twice now. 1 of the 3 containers had active ingredients. The other 2 are empty containers.

The ordering process was quick and easy through the website. The machine was delivered quickly!

I always receive an email when your sales are on!!! That helps me remember to get my filters. I ordered on line - received and order acceptance - and then when the order ships with tracking information. All of that occurred in two days!!!! Excellent service!! Excellent products!!.
