all i can say is it works great, i tried some others but i much prefer soclean!!

I love my so clean, and ordering my filters is so easy, the price is great and my items come so quickly, plus the remind me should I forget. they have deals to. I get my items faster from them than amazon.

We have ordered these masks twice because we like the comfortable fit, soft lining and three layers of protection.

I am very pleased with this product. It does a great job cleaning and, while there is a slight ozone smell, it's not enough to be bothersome. I feel so much better knowing my equipment is being thoroughly sanitized each day.

I received a reminder to change the filter in my SoClean, with a coupon for a 10% discount if I ordered online. The website store didn't offer 'stand alone' filters, I had to purchase a 'filter kit.' When the kits arrived they were THE WRONG SIZE FILTER with nothing else inside the boxes. I was charged full price (no discount.) Today I spent 1 hr. waiting on the line to speak to a 'costumer account representative'. I had to hang up before anyone answered. I started this process with the best of expectations, I am an angry and dissatisfied costumer now. Given that today is Friday, I will have to wait until Monday to start all over again. I will relate my experience to my social media network if I don't get excellent costumer service.

It been two weeks andI still have not received my order

I received exactly what I needed in timely fashion and was able to take advantage of a discount coupon I had received from SoClean. Love my SoClean!

I got the unit and set it up as instructed. First night was ok. Second night a loud gurgling noise woke me up. Turns out the SoClean tube into my CPAP was sucking the water and leaking out of the connector all over my wood-topped end table. It was everywhere and the noise was caused from it trying to suck the last water out. I shut it down, cleaned it up, filled the humidifier reservoir and tried it again. A few hours later it did it again! water was everywhere, including all over my wood floor and all over the CPAP machine. I'm lucky it didn't leak into the CPAP unit as I now see so many others have experienced, causing the CPAP motors to go out etc. I emailed them twice and no response! I am literally on hold for 45 minutes and counting, waiting to talk to customer service. I need my money back for this faulty product. Appears many others online had this same issue. Do not buy this product - evidently it also can void your CPAP warranty too. wow.

Ordering on line was easy; I was able to order the part that was needed, and it came in a timely manner.

Very expensive for something that doesn't last that long .

I luv my so clean. It’s hard to wash and dry tubing daily. I just put in case. Fill water tank and so clean does the rest
