Ordered on the 28th January 2024. Received email to confirm order (Order #1875) with estimated 2-3 day delivery. Nothing has been received and no email to confirm despatch. I emailed to enquire but not heard anything back.
Purchased a grey Snuddle on preorder on the 26th January 2021 - there was no date on the page so I emailed. I received a response within 24 hours that they were expected on the last week of February.
I waited until the first week of March and emailed regarding an update. Didn't receive a response. I've now sent 4 emails, and 2 facebook comments trying to get an update but there has been no response.
I have now opened a case on PayPal to try and get my money back.
Honestly it seems legitimate and it's probably a case of stock not arriving in time but the lack of communication is very worrying. I don't mind waiting for the product but I need a response to my emails so that I am kept in the loop regarding my order.
UPDATE:: Within 24 hours of opening a PayPal case I received tracking infomation, two days later I received the goods.
The product is very nice and exactly as described on the website.
The only thing stopping a better star rating is the lack of communication from the company when I started chasing the delivery.
