Purchased this theme it had multiple issues and had not even been updated since last year 9 months ago
we contacted support in which we was told to go to the forum and open a topic up took time for a reply and also then as we has so many major issues with there theme as was not like demo and was so many problems to get anything to work images, sizes, kept changing our products to random products , responsivness issues as thatis a few of many more... the support team was rude and unhelpful and pretty much there tone of voice vis the reply was unacceptable it was like they didn't care or want to help sold as seen motto!!!
i then submitted a refund request which then all of a sudden triggered them to reply shocking!". the denied the refund and said give us logins they they accused us and blamed our website our website host site ground is a reputable host and even there 2nd line higher support said its not a server side issue at all its a theme design issue and to go back to developer which we did and he again was not playing ball ignoring all issues raised and took 5 days to even get a reply...
we have now taken this further and opened up a new dispute with theme forest and provided all evidence of the above shocking and a scam if im honest never had a bad dealing on theme forest before and they are not recommended at all stay clear as you will not be treated fair or have a damaged theme with no support... further action will be taken if they do not refund the money we paid. please feel free to contact me to discuss further id be happy to share the full story and and this will also be going on trust pilot also as they have ignored us now and fobbed us off.
