BEWARE this guest house is run by people who don't understand the law when it comes to refunds. They refused to refund our deposit during Coronavirus until the Govt department (Competitions and Markets Authority) ruled that they MUST refund deposits. The owner - Rana Puangyeetho - is clearly not British and doesn't appear to understand UK law.
