Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before ordering. My photos came back with most heads cut off. I tried to use the online Chat box to complain as that seemed the only way. The connection kept dropping, when I eventually got to the end of a conversation the agent said he would give me a credit on my account for the cost of some of the photos but not the postage (which was the largest part of the cost). Why? Under UK law I should have got a full refund? And the credit hasn't been applied to my account either.turned up either
