In einer vermieteten 50 qm Wohnung kam es zu einem Küchenbrand. Die Firma SMS wurde mit dem Räumen der Wohnung beauftragt. Die Terminabsprache war zeitnah und exakt. Das Drei-Mann-Team arbeitete zügig und fachgerecht, sodass in fünf Stunden die Wohnung geräumt und die Küche abgebaut war. Auch Probleme wie ein nicht absperrbares Eckventil konnte das Team lösen. Zum Schluss wurde sogar der geräumte Küchenraum gesaugt.
