Smooth vapourz norton has a great variety of e liquids and vapes. Been going there a while now. Girls who work in there are lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately im a bit disappointed as I went in recently for blackcurrant lemonade e liquid and they don't stock it anymore. Please bring it back 😊

Always reliable same day delivery and very polite won't use anyone else as been god send during lockdown with being one of the sheilded, great job guys.x
Although there was a small issue the staff contacted myself and resolved the issue beyond my expectations in a timely manner. I'd recommend using them on price but also their level of customer service.
Amazing staff always friendly and helpful always go above a beyond for the customers

Always friendly and very helpful. There was once some nicotine shots missing from my order, I let them know and they instantly sent them out and provided me with a mobile number to contact just incase anything happened in future. Top quality products well priced.

Lovely little place. Hubby has been going there for a while now, and getting deliveries during lockdown. Hubby is disabled and sometimes needs extra time to make his choices and needs to ask extra questions, but the people in the shop always help him out and give him the time he needs.

I have used smooth vapourz on a few occasions and I would never use anyone else! Amazing service and friendly! My vape broke and after messaging the page I had a new vape delivered the same day! Couldn’t recommend any more. Thank you so much again!!
