I bought one of their product when I was living in Germany, I had 0 issues with it and decided to buy a new one in Canada where I live now. I bought it on January 1st and paid through Paypal where I entered my Canadian address. Somehow they managed to ship it to Germany. I have been in contact with them since so they can resolve this and reimburse me but I was told they didn’t make a mistake and they won’t reimburse me. Honestly, this is the worst customer service I ever dealt with. If I could leave 0 stars believe me I would. I guess I was lucky with the first vape I bought but I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

Bought express shipping and didn't receive item for nearly a month. I pray you never have to email them because THEY DONT REPLY! I had to start a paypal dispute before receiving a tracking number!!
Don't not buy direct!!!!

I recently just purchased my alien by smok The first day I got it said don’t abuse this product which I wasn’t when I was going to take my first hit off the device and the tank smok really has poor quality on devices and their tanks are somewhat decent but I just think smok really needs to get together when it comes to their products

I've purchased the smok the Rpm 40 at the end of December it stop working the first week of February. I did a ticket on it. Now I'm getting the run around for my replacement. I am a dissatisfied customer. I've have spent countless dollars on there products and when I've finally troubleshoot my first case. I can't seem to get my new device

I’ve been using smok products for a couple years and let me tell you my experience. The first one I ever got was the best. Drew nicely, didn’t leak, so of course they discontinued it. I prefer the pod systems with refillable tanks. Every one after that I bought drew horribly, leaked to the point of me having a washcloth nearly to mop up the liquid every few draws. The coils also start tasting horrible after a couple days. The devices tend to get hot as well. I’s Like to say they’re cheap, but most starter kits cost around $30+ unless they’re on sale. That being said, they frequently are and vape sites push them aggressively. I recently switched to an innokin device and am so far muck more satisfied.

As much as I like this product, this web6fucking sucks. I've tried to purchase s9for the third time and us just not giving me the options needed.

I’m on my third and last smok Alien 220w they’re all plastic and they just fall to pieces my last one lasted 2 1/2 months and no reply from emails I won’t be fooled again

I love my smok 225w mag.

Excellent design and tank size is great.

My only issue now is, it's stopped charging and suspect the USB may have a loose connection.

If anyone from smok could contact me that would be great.

Ignore negative reviews. Smok make solid products and I've tried most and stuck with my 225 mag, tank quality!!!

My smok device didn’t even last a mouth, just cut off on me and wouldn’t turn on, i contacted smok as it was still under warranty and was told I would receive a replacement, over a mouth later still haven’t received anything and my emails are getting ignored! so I’ve had to go out and buy another, appalling costumer service and breach of contact! do not buy!!!!

Why can’t you give a score of 0. My local vape store recommended buying Smok as they were apparently a well established brand. So I paid a premium price for a Morph 219 kit. From the word go I noticed a problem, the coil in the kit will not cope if you set the watts above 65ish, so I was through one coil in the first week. The next problem was the tank came loose and would fall off whenever it fancied. Next problem was the leaking, I replaced the glass in the tank and the seals with aftermarket and this helped for a time. The next to go was the touch screen which was about as responsive as a 70’s super computer. Then it was the turn of the battery compartment, not happy with being closed it would occasionally flip open and vomit the batteries to the floor. Enough was enough so I contacted the store who told me to contact Smok UK who told me to contact Smok China who told me to contact Smok Outer Mongolia who told me to contact their branch on the moon. Eventually I got a reply asking me to send proof of purchase and the problems. After some deep consideration from Smok EU I was required to scratch an X in the broken screen and then I was informed my new vape was on its way. However what Smok had failed to inform me was they would only replace the mod by which time I had disposed of the old mod and tank and batteries. I certainly will not buy another Smok product and advise others not to. A badly built product sold by a badly run company. Disappointing. If I could have rated it lower I would have gone into minus figured.

Their vapes probably don't cost more than $2 to make, yes they are that horrible! They leak, battery causes problem, voltage causes problem and a lot of other issues! I've tested with 3 different pods and 3 coils at the same time on the same machine with same type of vape juice, one coil started giving burnt flavour after about 80(yes, 8 and a 0) puffs! Another one died after about 300 puffs and the last one lasted about 600 puffs. This is terrible! It sometimes burns my mouth by pushing hot vape liquid in my mouth instead of vaporizing it. I changed the device 2 times and I get the same result always. Please throw your money in the garbage bin and the money will find a better place than Smok's account.

DO not purchase any SMOK products! They are located in China made in China and leak terribly! SMOK will not honor any type of warranty and will not respond to any qualities issues.

Not a review on their product but on their customer service. I have a R-Kiss which went faulty after a short time. After a load of hassle, they offered me a $20 voucher which I reluctantly agreed to.
However, the voucher I received was not for $20, but for $20 off my next order of $100 or more. Besides this I couldn't use it anyway because I live in the UK and shipping isn't available to my country.
Shocking service!! I have always used Smok products but will steer well clear now.

Went away for a few days and left my vape. Popped into a shop for the mbar disposable and had to let them know I loved it. Highly reccomend the blue raspberry, I've ordered one for the car too

Bought the novo2 twice. Both times it leaked and after a month or so they stopped charging / working. Complete waste of money! The complaint section is also a joke- Who keeps a proof of purchase for an item worth £20!

Can't choose zero stars but never mind. Utterly useless. Last three leak straight out of the box and continue until the tank seals fail entirely. Invariably the tank thread break and can't be detached from the mod rendering the whole thing useless.
The R-Kiss and Rigel both do this.
On the Rigel, TFV9 coils, I can see where the leak occurs. Every one of them has this hole straight out of the packet before they even get used.
It would be cheaper to take up smoking again.
Their warranty and customer service is as poor as their products. Don't even consider them as an option.

Bought 2. One had a bad coil. Both leak. Called customer service and was told to go back to where we bought them, and hour and a half away (we live in a rural area) and they had to deal with it. Could not even send me a new coil! Update; when we went back to their dealer, Smoker's World in Northglen CO they hassled us for 1/2 hr and ultimately told us no returns even though they have no signs, not on the receipt...so had to dispute the credit card charge. If you have a problem with this product, unless you used your credit card you have thrown your money away.

V8 and V9

I have had the V8 using the V8 baby mesh coils and the just recently upgraded the V9.

I decided to upgrade to the V9 because the coils i kept getting from Smoktech kept failing. At least 2 out of the 5 pack immediately would go bad. So I upgraded to the V9 and bought a 5 pack of coils. The tank came with 2 coils as well.

I am a week in and have gone thru 6 coils. The two that came with the tank immediately failed and 3 of the 4 that came in the 5 pack also failed. Upon emailing Smoktech I was told they would not send me replacements but did offer a $20 coupon off my next purchase. Never giving them a dime of my money again. Quality control at Smok has just gone out the window.

Basically i have had a number of smoke products, T priv 1, Smoke prince, Smok infinix, Smok Fetch, Smok p25, Smok fit kit, and multiple separate tanks, all i have ever had off smok is problems, leaky tanks, coils that burn so quickly and spit into your mouth, battery’s that just don’t work and al they do is flash or don’t turn on, i have emailed them every time i have had a problem and never got a replacement, i tried one last time when my infinix broke and the batter actually expanded and could have caused a fire and was very unsafe, so i emailed them told them the issue and they made me give proof etc (the whole process) and i got confirmation that they were sending me a replacement vape due to my troubles, i think this was just a scam to get my hopes up as they use a delivery service and would never give me any tracking number, it took over a month to “get here” and when it “got here” and i said it hadn’t been delivered as i was in at the time as they showed me the “tracking status” they provide, i checked my cctv for my front door and no one was to be seen so it was just a whole lie and after i told them they just didn’t reply, since then i have switched to voopoo and my experience is a whole lot better, batteries last longer, screen is brighter, buttons don’t rattle around and don’t have to change my coil every 3 days, every single vape i had off smok was faulty and no wonder because everyone seems to have problems! Some of the devices i used worked for a month or 2 then just didn’t turn on or constantly flashed or didn’t fire, i would advise people to go with voopoo or uwell or anyone that isn’t smok, as smok is just cheap bling devices that have cheap internals.
