I ordered this magazine for my father in January. He has yet to receive an issue and this is March. They claimed they were sent and will extend the subscription for 2 months. They sent me an email saying March addition was sent. The tracking number doesn't exist with USPS. We'll see if he gets it in yhe next couple of days.
Their customer service is appalling! I can’t wait for the subscription to finish.
They intentionally do not send all the magazine issues. They failed to send me three issues in the first 10 months of 2024, and their customer service takes two weeks to apologize and just says there's nothing they can do. This company has now become fraudulent. They fail to print enough issues for their subscribers, so it's like a lottery if you get one every month, although the subscription is paid for. This is blatant theft.
