Great 1st experience dealing with Liam & Smiths of London - will be returning.

I had a really good experience here. They inspected my vehicle, made me aware of potential upcoming issues (via images and a report) which meant I could fix them before a failure or breakdown. Explained the difference between the safety inspection and what an MOT covers (made a lot of sense once they explained how pointless an MOT was).

Customer service is second to none!
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, full explanation of the works carried out, full breakdown of costs before carrying out authorised works.
During my time in the reception several customers came in and were all treated with the same friendly respect I had received.
Would recommend to anyone.

Appalling service - avoid at all costs

Despite receiving multiple email confirmations that my booking was successful, it was cancelled at the last minute. When my vehicle then broke down and arrived at their service centre via AA recovery, they refused to proceed, leaving me stranded and forcing me to cover additional costs out of pocket.

This situation has resulted in significant inconvenience and distress. I am now preparing to take court action for breach of contract and I have been advised by a barrister that I have strong prospects of success.

My second visit to Smiths of London left me more impressed than ever. Friendly, competent and absolutely straight. Both Liam and Dayle really know their stuff about Jaguars and kept me informed throughout the repairs. Altogether the best garage experience possible.

What professional reasonably priced team. They offered collection and returned to me later that day so no rushing to get to or back to work.
The work needed was explained and a quote given. It came back under the quote which was very welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending for mot and service

I have used Smiths for a few years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
My main contact has been with Liam who seems like a thoroughly decent honest man. As a woman who does not care to know anything about cars for years I have often felt like garages in London may take advantage of this. Smiths have been nothing but helpful, responsive and efficient in my several dealings with them over a few years. If you want a garage you feel you can trust defiantly try them.

This was my first visit to this garage which was recommended to me. Liam and his team have provided a professional, trustworthy and efficient service.
I even saved some money, thanks to Liam's determination!
