Can't fault the service I received with the repair of my coffee machine - from reporting to receiving it back fixed - it was one week, which was brilliant.

I had my expresso machine repaired by the Smeg team as a part of my 2 year warranty. Amazing service, the machine came back as good as new!

Absolutely excellent customer service, and work done by SMEG engineer (Ross) to repair my range cooker recently. The cooker is well used and needed some aged parts replacing to get everything working again. Ross got the cooker working like new, and was so kind, fast and efficient. I ordered a spare glass front for my oven in the past too due to an accidental breakage, and also got excellent service by SMEG who had to bring a replacement one from Italy for my model. My cooker is quite old, but SMEG still enable me to continue to use it. It is a lovely cooker made to last. I love it.

From reporting fault to collection of appliance and emailed within two days to advised issue resolved and arranged return all done with one week

Just had a small issue with the frother on my Smeg machine but it was no trouble for them - packaging sent, collection made, repair complete and a repaired machine delivered back to me in just over a week. Great stuff.

Like many other reviewers, we were disappointed that a top class coffee maker would break in its 2 year warranty, but the repair was great service. Dan at Smeg Service made the process easy, and our coffee maker was sent back, repaired and returned in only 7 working days. Excellent service all round!

I emailed the company for a wiring diagram of my range cooker and received a response and the diagram from Dan within less than an half an hour. Cooker now back up and running. Thank you

Whilst I am very disappointed that a premium brand (and expensive) coffee machine broke down so early after purchasing I was very happy with the prompt service and regular updates from the SDA repair team (thanks to Dan).
My machine is now home and operational and I hope no other faults occur.

Fantastic service. I contacted customer service as our coffee machine had stopped working. I got a box the next day to send it back for repair. Communication has been great both from Smeg and DHL. We have our coffee machine back all fixed and done in a week. I am impressed with the communications, customer service and time frame. Thank you

I sent my SMEG espresso machine to their customer service team after raising a query. They replied quickly, provided clear instructions, and sent me prepaid shipping straight away. The repair was handled promptly and the machine is already on its way back to me — all within less than a week. I’ve been really impressed with how smooth and efficient the process has been. Dan from the company arrange prompt return of the coffee machine. Whilst I was disappointed it stopped working a couple of weeks after purchase, I can’t fault the speed and efficiency of repair process.
