Smashburger product is fine and edible but the store cannot hire a decent person that can assist their customers all the time

the burger is very salty!! Couldn't even finish, will not be coming back . this was in Fargo ND

Insult to customers. Your first question was insulting,.....'what went wrong this time'. You're offering less paddy and we're to feel thankful? Will never return!!! Maybe you'll quit trying to screw people over. Maybe,....just maybe you'll read everyone's reviews but, I doubt you care. Your business will not sustain after your poor judgement calls

First time trying Smashburger in Wayne, NJ. I wanted to try the Deluxe Smash my first look at it was that it was loaded with so much mayo it was coming out of the sides and I felt it was very salty. Sorry to say I won't be going back there again. Not my kind of burger.

Ihad lunch today here. It's relaxing and l love the vibe of the place with all the records and music. The hanburgers are delicious and the staff is super friendly. Simple and easy. It has room for a large party. Great counter and tables

This place was a 10 out of 10, if anyone rates it a 3, it's a lie. They don't want anyone to know the best kept secret. And I'm ruining it, I know, and I don't care. Those soft sturdy buns, crispy patties, everything I had on that Smashburger was popping and crispy and juicy and delicious. It was wrong so good and delicious and..so wrong, I thought I might want to go back and get another one. So between the fries that taste like their fresh enough to have been done in your own home to the burger. That is just outstanding. I don't know. This is like a phenomenal burger. I have tasted restaurant burgers that cannot even compare to this. This is amazing. This is really great and I love the price. I let it all hang out from the bacon to the mushrooms to the typical blt with onion with bbq sauce..I guess. I let the best kept secret out. It's here. I love this place.! But I would like to have more condiments. 9/10 because I know I #needthatsauce

Went in to feed my grandsons dinner. The boys ordered smash burgers, fries and a drink. I ordered the All Amerian Hot Dog, fries and a drink. Instread of the getting the hot dog thy brought out a burger. I told them I ordered the hot dog. They told me sorry, but they were out of hot dogs. I said you should have told me that when I ordered, and I woud have picked differently. Suggestion: Let customers know when you are out of something before they pay.

Cookies and speedy delivery

Had the best Brussel Sprouts that I have ever eaten today. They were perfect not too much salt or grease, Because, I bought them to go I had to put them in the trunk of the car so that I would not continue to eat all of them before I got home. I ate 2 before I could leave the store. Fresh, hot & perfectly seasoned. Delicious to say the least. The Brussel Sprouts were cooked by Francisco. The very pleasant and helpful manager on duty was Anthony. He made sure my visit was very friendly. His greeting when I walked in was just the thing you should hear when you about to spend your money. He made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my food, the Brussels & one of the new Hot Dogs.

The fries were Crispy and the Burgers were Fresh and Hot and Stephanie was a great asset to the restaurant with her friendly service and
great attitude

Staff at the Glasgow Scotish Event Campus were handling bread and buns with no gloves on creating a health risk. This put me off buying from them. Furthermore some of the staff seemed overwhelmed with the crowd of people trying to buy food. I think more training will benefit the staff.

I had a pretty simple request to a customer service issue. No one working in the Alafaya Trail location could solve or was willing to solve. Purchased a gift card during Christmas. A bonus gift card with the purchase seemed to not be loaded. Supervisor was not willing to make it right, neither was corporate. Trash cans were overflowing. I understand now why the location is permanently closed. Don't give them business. Five Guys and Burger Fi are have much better food.
