What can I say, what was suppose to be a stressful time, was instead made very easy. Paula was my contact throughout the move, she communicated really well, always kept me informed and helped me get all my belongings from London to Paris with ease. The team that came on the day to pack and take my belongs, were just an absolute delight to be around. They made the day fun and had a great team spirit. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

SMART MOVE LONDON provided a satisfactory moving experience. They were able to accommodate a large move at short notice, and the staff was generally professional and friendly throughout the process. While there were a few challenges unrelated to the company, the team was willing to help where they could. Overall, the service was efficient and the staff cooperative, but some aspects could have been more streamlined. It's a decent choice for those needing a reliable moving service.

Smart Move London are the definition of above and beyond. From the start Paula was friendly, accommodating and professional and made booking very easy. Ovi, Nelson and the rest of the team were great during our move. Extremely helpful, efficient, punctual and friendly. We had a couple of issues (not at all related to the company) that they went out of their way to help us solve. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Fantastic service from Ovi and his team. I had been stressing about organising a last minute office move just before Christmas, in the midst of omnicrom madness. Friendly team, very efficient, accommodating, prompt and great communication throughout. Would highly recommend, for office or home.

Great experience, Paula was fantastic prior to moving day. The guys that did the removal were prompt, very considerate with our belongings and nothing was too much to ask!

Due to completion of our move being delayed, with only 48h notice Smart Move were happy to come to the rescue. Paula was extremely helpful in organising. On the day the team were punctual and extremely helpful. Hardworking and respectful towards our home and property.

The whole experience of working with Smart Move London for our move was brilliant. Paula was extremely understanding and accommodating helping us with every step of the move-- we had to rearrange the date and the amount of items on several occasions and she was always calm and warm. The moving staff (Andres in particular) were also very kind and highly skilled. The whole company were a dream during a very stressful time - we faced lots of hurdles in our move but none of them involved this company.

Had a really straightforward experience with Smart Move London - booked in easily with a lot of assistance on my various queries. The movers arrived promptly on the day, packed everything well, stored it for 2 months and have just returned everything to our new place in pristine condition.

Efficient and Caring! Paula supported us all the way through the prospective move date, the seller deciding not to sell and then our new buyer wanting to complete within five weeks.
The movers themselves were fantastic! The move happened in the hottest week of the year but at no time were tempers frayed, they supported us, got everything into the van and moved us across the country.
Not one thing cracked or broken - I have a huge collection of crystal glasses!
I’m convinced the move only went as well as it did because of Smart Move London!

Paula was excellent at organising our move and kept us updated and re-assured at all times. On the day our removal driver was extremely efficient and pleasant and delivered our possession to our new address right on time without any issues! Thank you for an excellent service.

The company were totally professional and helpful from the booking to the actual removal the guys who carried out the loading and unloading were 100% polite respectful and very experienced and their attitude was first class also a lady called Paula who took the booking was very professional and experienced I would recommend this company to anyone a satisfied customer

We had a problem with the front door of the office which delayed the move but the guys were very patient and very helpful.

From day 1 having spoken with Paula about the service of Smartmove London, I was very impressed at her
professionalism and customer service skills. She was very thorough and answered my questions very well. It all was well organized and so no problems in setting it up and in the packing today. I was very pleased! the worker was very diligent and very engaged in his work of packing. Very impressed!!

We used smartmove london to move house recently. Service was excellent, three people arrived, they were helpful, friendly, efficient, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The guys were quick and worked well together, they managed to overcome a few problems space wise when removing furniture. Would highly recommend and if we needed to move again in the future, I would definitely use them again.
