Never heard of this company before and im down £85 this company is a scam and fruad set up .
This company are the new generation scam artists. You will get no where with a refund as you will be talking to bots.
They need to be shutdown
⚠️ I was charged $445 CAD on my credit card after a 7-day trial without any prior notice.
The company refused to refund me, claiming their policy was clearly stated — but it was not obvious at all when signing up.
Very disappointing and not transparent. Be careful.
Worst experience, they continue charging my card even after cancelling. And not refunding it. Even I sent them emails confirming their staff clearly mentioned in email that " they are are sorry to see me leave" they were well informed about the cancellation. They continue to charge me and not refunding. If they were well informed about I am leaving on 5 June, how can they say I didn't cancelled or continue charging my card and not refund.
This company is a scam. They charge subscription fees without any proper notice or actual usage of the service. Total fraud — taking people’s money without justification. Stay away from this greedy and dishonest business.
Scam
I cancelled my free trial subscription and couple day later they took £37.33 of me claiming I didn’t cancel my subscription which I did I contacted them and the waffling on about the scamming policy AVOID THIS WEDSITE
Scam - avoid at all costs. They follow illegal cancellation policies, make it impossible to cancel your subscription and charge you monthly. No refund given, in fact they actively fight against it. Avoid.
My Smartli (Innovation Labs) sign-up was a rather opaque experience, with numerous false starts and refusals to accept my debit card, so I gave up. I then found that after refusing to accept the card, a few days later they deducted $200 Australian from my card. What a rip-off this company is. I have email correspondence. I never used their services once and they refused to refund me. I didn't even realise I had signed up! Be very careful dealing with this company as they appear to just want sign up money and then hit you with a huge bill a couple of days later. I hope Shopify removes their app for their recommendations. Very upset about it and have asked to email their CEO but I am not holding my breath about that as I have also had my account stopped too so even if I did want to use their service I could not. Smartli and Innovation Labs are a rip off...don't touch them
