Boiler problem fixed.
Engineer offer me a same day appt. and sorted out my boiler problem very efficiently I would recommend him if you have a boiler problem. Price was reasonable.

sufficient, could have acted better
I've had a few issues recently which led me to change from a very good review that I previously gave. They said they fitted a new part but when boiler broke down soon afterwards they did not attend to fix it. Another company had to be called and identified the part that Smartheat had been fitted as the problem and replaced it with a genuine part.
When Smartheat were notified they didn’t get back to resolve it and had to be chased up several times.
Eventually they offered a refund - on the two dates they said the bill would be refunded no money was paid back. It did take months to resolve the refund issue which I had not expected given the number of jobs I had given this company in the past and the reminders. Eventually matters were resolved and I have re-established a relationship with Smartheat and I hope it will lead to a good level of service in future.

I had a very good recommendation from smartheatlondon to install Worcester Bosh Combi boiler 2 – 3 year ago. The cost of the installation and fitting were a lot cheaper than other Gas & Boiler Companies that gave us quotes. Their installation and yearly service has been great and our monthly Gas Bill has dropped substantially. I would recommend their service to anyone that wants a New Boiler. Michael
