This is the second time I've had Mark from Smart Heating out to fix issues in my reasonably complex UFH / Radiator setup. Both times he has been a pleasure to deal with. He has sorted out temporary fixes while waiting for parts that saw a lot less moaning in my very cold household during some of the coldest weeks this winter. Then the follow up when the parts were available was quick and friendly. He also sorted out a few Hive thermostat installs perfectly. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
