At least they should need to apply 40 % properly. Or give a proper training to staff how they can apply. Because doesn't reply properly and fail to show where discount applied.

Good company
Just finished my first year with SDCI. Found it a very pleasant experience never waited to long when I called with questions or changes I needed to make. Added miles to my policy and the new documents were sent out within an hour.
The app is really good and updates frequently (I have used other black boxes and this company is just unmatched - tells you where you were speeding or breaking and what time disputing this is easy and dealt with quickly)
I have company cars now so cannot use this company anymore but would highly recommend.
