Utter rubbish
Hi, I have held back from writing this review to see if this company would step up and acknowledge their crap product. I really don’t moan about anything, but this company are pushing poor product and just waffling in their response to put you off. Guys, buy if you want but the product I received was utter crap! Please check and compare to ensure legitimate. Not sure if I can post video but will try. You will see flimsy poor quality glasses that creak and are of low quality. UPDATE: amazing, asked to please share video when already shared with service team. Useless. UPDATE: Video on my facebook for viewing poor quality. JamesHird1973. **UPDATE: Please stop requesting information on this site to look helpful when you have already previously talked to me by email and are fully aware of the order number. The video has been shared for awareness and for potential customers to make an informed decision that the quality may not be there. I do not want any contact from you - the matter is closed, I do not want any replacements from your company - I will be ordering from a well known provider with original guaranteed glasses to avoid dissapointment**

Product is good quality, delivery can be inconvenient.
Granular rating would be better for the purposes of clarity. With regard to the eventually delivered product, I was very satisfied, however the fragmented delivery process, and having to be available for delivery multiple times was inconvenient and ultimately, in real terms, significantly more expensive than the purchase price of the glasses. Had I been given the option to limit the delivery to a single package, reducing the impact of needing to be available for delivery, this review would very likely have been 5 stars.

I received my new Prodesign glasses…
I received my new Prodesign glasses frames in a timely manner, but I was a bit disappointed that they were not as sturdy as the ones I purchased some years ago.

Simply an awesome company
I generally buy frames mostly Calvin Klein from Smart Buy Glasses as I know what fits me well. I always take them to my private optician who is happy to glaze them for me as my prescription along with the numerous measurements that my optician has to make for my occupational HOYA lens would be a challenge for an online glazing option. I will continue to buy my frames here though as. Thanks Smart Buy Glasses. 🤓
