Great swift and reliable service. Amazing decaf coffee and 2 free bonus tea bags to try. What's not to like. Love that they are a local company too and Im supporting small businesses.

Really good coffee! We get the Goldstone for beans and decaf as an espresso grind and recently moved over to subscription as we loved it so much.

We mail order all our coffee from Small Batch, both normal and decaffeinated beans. Great stuff!

I'm no coffee bean expert so I love trying different coffees. I just had the Puerto Rican blend and it was really good. Love the packaging, love the variety and can't wait for my next coffee.

We use there postal service for there cafetiere and espresso ground coffees and have done so for a long time. There delivery service is very good.
We tend to have Goldstone and Ethiopia but occasionally have there alternatives. Love the flavours.

I’ve been buying Goldstone Coffee from Small Batch for a while now, and it’s consistently good. Fresh beans, balanced flavour, and everything arrives when it should. I take mine with oat milk and it never curdles or tastes 'off'.

It’s also nice to support a small business that clearly takes care with what they do. Happy to keep ordering.

I ordered a birthday gift over a week before I was due to give it, but on day 7 since ordering it still hadn't arrived. I emailed customer service, who sent out another batch with next day delivery to ensure I could give it to the recipient on their birthday. It was a really great experience, especially considering their delivery timescales are 5 working days.

This is my first buy from them and I tried a couple of their limited editions. I'm very happy with what I received and delivery was prompt. I only wish they updated their bags for a resealable one.

I placed an order that was not delivered. Requested a refund, they apologies and told me they would send me a replacement via courrier. Over a week later, no updates. Got in touch again to ask for a refund, they didn't not acknowledge my request for a refund and instead told me they would chase the replacement.

I have been a customer for years, and why not? Quality coffee, wide range of single origin, fast delivery, no issues.

Really love the goldstone blend, which I use with an aeropress. A perfect balance of fruity and nutty tones with a dark chocolate aftertaste.
