Long withdrawl system
Not a bad win - had to provide proof of card , bank details address ect and also had to write in to confirm all cards were owned by myself which is a bit long and seems pointless when the cards are verifed on deposit.
Took over a week but overall ok - customer service were prompt and helpful

It was a fantastic experience on the slots here and we had lots of fun !
Super experience with lots of wins. Had to contact customer service who were just great and helped us through - being beginners ! Have to say playing is better on laptop than on ipad . Don't think the iPads have the storage for all the games - bit slow at times .Great site and will be back again .

I would not recommend anyone plays on this site. I won £170 and checked the transaction status. It said complete. But no sign of money. I went to live help who are extremely rude. They said as I had excluded myself from one of their sites I was not allowed to withdraw my winnings. I pointed out that as I was allowed to deposit there was clearly something very untoward going on. They have agreed to refund my deposits but would not trust them or any of their associate sites and would never play on them again.
