his is the con of all con online casinos they will lie to you and tell you everything you want to hear to get you to deposit. Numerous people have had the same issue with this online casino, so I tested it out and no joke I made an account and before a deposit I asked if my account was clear for withdraw if I won clearly informed me that it was whenever I hadn't even kyc verified yet told me I had when I didn't. Well then once I won I went on to withdraw my funds told me I wasn't kyc verified so I verified in to find out my withdrawal was canceled because of multiple accounts so they say but could not prove I had multiple accounts that counts the accuse me of having did not have any thing in common whatsoever but supposedly an IP address which was a lie also first they said name then they said number and then they could not prove any of it and said IP address which they still cannot prove and will not get back to me now the confiscated all my winnings and did not give me my original deposit back.

Not off to a good start….i checked prior to withdrawing (deposited LTC, and did not use any of the bonuses with my deposit) won some and it wasn’t a large amount, less than $500, it said on my account which had been registered properly, and good enough for the deposit to be accepted, so I thought, great, should be a smooth quick transaction. How wrong of me to think. This is not instant withdrawal, they make it a hassle, they rejected the withdrawal, had me send my ID/selfie….whatever that’s fine. Even though I had checked that previous to even depositing (my account stayed KyC Accepted….a as nd an N/A so nothing to click on and submit. Then they said 24hours I had to wait, for what??? I’ve not waited 24 hours for a verification on any other site. It’s just a way to delay it. I’ve had a lot of experience; most of those have been good, honest, no nonsense times, with online games…this one has me concerned, to be continued, I’ve resubmitted my payout request and am now waiting. Def not reliable as an instant payout, says they’ve been around since 2017….well then 7 years later they should be pretty savvy with all of this by now. To Be Continued….. Ps: I think customer service tells you to wait a moment, then takes so long to “gather the data” that most people would give up. I had to re-connect the chat with James, several times. Customer service chat and agents have some work to do as well.

If I could give a -5 I would. I deposited through them and Changelly that they do for credit card deposits. It went through the Changelly side, and my bank. But, now going on day 2 no money deposited. I have shown them documentation and everything they need and I was told to wait and be patient. I have emailed with no response as well. Freaking Scam. Stay away from this site. If this is what they do with your money. Who would want to play here.

fantastic, they are another real one, I deposited nothing not even the typical annoying $10 crypto confirmation, they simply approved my withdrawal after I completed the playthrough and kept their end of the bargain with no risk to me. it may only be $50 but it was off a free sign up promotion. it did take a day to process the first withdrawal but there wasnt any curveballs.
