I've just received my order which arrived in a few days. I've tried 2 sachets and they taste great, I really hope it works 😁🙏 I've seen many bad reviews here and I'm wondering is it where they're ordering from that's the issue as I assume there's more than one company/person etc selling slimjoy, most of the bad reviews are about reoccurring orders and not been able to cancel rather than the actual product. So I'd assume it's different companies selling the same product ?? I've had no issue with my ordered or the product
I just really hope it works. As for ordering and the actual product I have no issue whatsoever 😊 really hope this helps I think if you are ordering this product be extra careful where u order it from. Sensilab are a reputable company that sell it. It's where I ordered mine.

The delivery is fast and quick, the product tastes nice and works 100%

Shocking webpage - info to cancel the subscription is utterly WRONG, and they just keep sending you the stuff and do not bother to cancel even when you email them requesting that they do so.
Products don't work - the website is a joke and they are basically scammers. I have emailed them AGAIN based upon what they say in response on this page, who knows if that will work. They ask for ref numbers - good luck with finding that. I am going to contact my bank and let them know the payment is not authorised as I have been trying to cancel for months.

I received my order last week but part of the order was missing I ordered 2 lots of the buy 1 get 1free of the fat cut tablets but only received 2 Tubs but have been charged for 4 tried to go on live chat but they said they can't find order even though I sent copy of invoice not happy at all

Arrived with in 2 days I got the burnout nightburn water out and adipo burn how often do I take each one I got 10 in each box par from adipose 30 tablets I used all 4 today do I use every other day with water out burnout n nightburn had dosnt give exact details thankyou

My order never arrived

I ordered few times from this page, and never had an issue. I have now placed an order over 10 days ago, with delivery estimated in within 2-3 working days. I am waiting now for over 7 working days and no delivery, the chat is horrible and you don't have another contact to reach. I was really happy with the products but I am afraid I will not order anymore for the lack of customer service provided.

I would like to give 0 stars. I ordered the products and paid. I have been waiting for a few weeks and have not received any delivery or refund. I have sent several emails but no response. Scammers and thieves. A person works hard to earn a few pounds and they steal from them. Don't bother going to them buy something because you will never get it.

Placed an order on the 14th of May.
Delivery between 3-5 working days as stated when ordering.

Not received my order nor have I had a reply from anyone. Emailed twice and the live chat is diabolical.

(Read to the end) I placed an order on April 30th- states 3-5 working days delivery - I accepted that there was a bank holiday and so I allowed a little longer - I haven't had any confirmation of dispatch, no response to my email requesting an update- but tons of junk mails to promote themselves. I have emailed the email address given on previous review responses still no response. I am really hoping this wasn't an expensive mistake and would really like the package to arrive! Update - I've since had a response to tell me my product is out of stock offering to refund or for me to wait until it is in stock I asked how long and a following response a few days later said they are moving Warehouse and some items are missing in transit and due in next Wednesday (22nd May) I appreciate the responses they give me a little more confidence in the company, but, I am not changing my rating until I actually receive the products that I ordered Vs the length of time from ordering/ responding and time frames given since/ delivery and product quality.UPDATE 23/5- I have now had an email to state that my order has been packed and being passed to the courier - thanked for my patience and understanding- I replied to thank them for the update and hope the dispatch/ delivery system runs a bit smoother- nothing yet to say that it is with anyone in particular (Evri - is who I am expecting as per website) We will wait and see!... UPDATE 1/6/2024...IT IS HERE ..THE PRODUCTS HAVE ARRIVED. It wasn't as simple as the previous update as two days later I had another email to say sorry there was a mix up and it HADN'T been sent as something was still out of stock, again I told them I'd continue to wait- I didn't hear anything else until yesterday 31/5, when I had an email from Evri' to say they had it - today IT IS HERE. So, I am a happy customer now, it wasn't a smooth journey that I can't deny but the team kept me informed, even with the mess ups which I appreciated- they held their hands up to it etc which is respectable, the delivery when sent was fast and the products are all present and correct, as advertised and I look forward to giving them a go and see if they work for me!
So, I am changing my initial ONE star to a comfortable FOUR.

I nade the purchase yesterday and I received the package today at 11 o clock , so I can't complain about the delivery, I will see if the product actually works.

Ordered on the 28th April and i still haven’t received my order. They make it impossible to contact anyone and they just tell you to email, but they never reply. They have links to Facebook and Instagram on their website, which don’t work.. total scammers!

Ordered 27th April still no delivery . Have tried to cancel my order with no response. Scam ?????? I think so...........

I have ordered from this site before and everything was fine and then my last order didn't arrive and I lost my money as the website bots are useless. I would continue to use them if they can solve this issue.
