Absolutely horrible. Doesn't work at all, doesn't even download the video in my case.

Very disappointing. The service does not work correctly, my video won't slice according to the start and end times. There's also no way to reach support or customer service to share this concern. This appears to be a scam.

Tool doesn't work, no contacts are provided. Tool is a scam as others have warned, avoid it at all costs!!

Bought the 30$ for the Life Time Version.
Now i tried it, and i can't use the downloaded videos — the files are corrupted and not usable in Premiere Pro.

The site doesn't function as listed. "Trimming" a video only trims the front end, not the end of the selected end position. Indicated on the very scarce off-site directions is the command "cut" and "apply". These commands are NOT on the executable site. There is no way to make contact with the publisher, no email, no link, no nothing. This should be a no-select program for anyone due to the major problems with this scam site.

I purchased the lifetime package at $30, if they decide to scam me like others have shared below where they charge every month for a one off payment I will cancel my credit card. Slicetube doesn't work as I wasn't able to slice the footage required, it adds an extra 20 mins on the the end even though 4 mins of footage has been set. Tried at least on 8 separate clips. The start time was off on one video I tested on another the start time worked at the required point but continued for an extra 16mins when this time was not selectred. I would not recommend waste of time and money.

Worked great at first and then after about 4 or 5 downloads it just doesnt work any more. No contact available, it says see FAQ on homepage and there is none. Shame it was a great app when it did work!

Heavy scam , i purchased the lifetime version and it is not working . It doesnot recognised trimming. No contact for refund

Your website sucks. The free downloads have no audio when downloading as a low quality video.

No support, no email no way to contact anyone, their whole after video system is down, doesent even give you an option do download and not sure if its temporary or gone forever since theres no support, going to wait a few days and do a chargeback...absolutely ridiculous

Absolute Sh!t. It's basically a scam I believe. Every single "plan" they offer is trying to basically upsell the more expensive versions, there's even a "Life-time" plan, only for 5 dollars more than the 1-year plan, but hurry! "THE OFFER ENDS SOON".

As for the actual service, nah, could not get it to work. I managed to download a Mp4 file for some reason, when I was trying to get a MP3 file... And, the file in question did not work properly anyway.

I signed up last night with my email address and password. I paid my money and it keeps saying invalid. there is no link to contact anyone. A complete scam in my opinion. You pay the money and good bye. No links provided for contacts. Please save your money.

Website has no password recovery system and it barely works at all. Wasted my money on the time-limited offer and I'm very disappointed. Don't fall for this scam.
