Awful
Item arrived 6 weeks after ordering (they said it would take two). In that time had no communication or explanation from them for delay. I wouldn't have minded if they'd just called or sent an email saying there was a delay. When it hadn't arrived after three weeks, I tried to call them and waited about half an hour for the phone to be picked up.
Finally got through and was told that my order had been despatched. Great I thought and waited another week and no sign, so called up again. This time phone went dead after ringing for ages. Finally got through again and was told actually they didn't have my address!
Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs
