Awful company. I’ve emailed for weeks about getting a refund, and they haven’t replied a single time. The product itself depends on adhesive gel pads that fell off minutes after applying them.... See more

Very, very poor quality.

Bought two anti snore wristbands.(one for me, one for some one else)
They are very, very poor quality. The contact pads supplied only lasted one night even though they are supposed to last at least one month.
I asked for refund but only got partial refund. I lost over £30. Not happy at all
Sleep Connection, I hope you read this and feel ashamed!

#WARNING#WARNING#WARNING#

I bought this product in good faith and after 1 month it just stopped working. I followed the instructions that cane with it and all efforts failed so I wrote to the email address given and to date I have not had a reply.

This device burnt my wrist because it didn't wake me and kept pulsing electric shocks all night. I went to see a consultant abot it, this was her letter to me 'He has been wearing a device on his right wrist to help him with snoring at night. He tells me that the device delivers a small electrical shock when he snores, to wake him up. Unfortunately this has left him with what looks like a superficial contact burn to the right wrist, and I have advised him against wearing this device'
2 weeks later the burn is still healing.

N ordered a this item to help with snoring…

Ordered this item to help with snoring took months to Arrive plastic “toy” not £60 worth of value however gave it a go the strap doesn’t stay secure as Velcro both on same side so can’t lie flat - I emailed to say doesn’t work - received very quick response and it was replaced again took months to get to me / this one doesn’t work either waiting to see if I get a refund - this look cheap and like a toy and for the cost of it I am more than disappointed I even tried using a different strap but still not working

I haven't test to devise, but refund was done upon request

I haven't test to devise, so I can't give a technical review. I've ordered, but since I'm a resident in UAE the devise took long to be delivered, so a wrote an email to the seller about my desire to cancel the order process a refund as I have engaged in a treatment for my snoring problem. To my surprice, the seller replied quickly confirming the refund and the refund was recieved the next day without any hassle.

Absolute con

Absolute con - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS

It was only after I bought the watch that I was advised I needed electro pads at extra cost for it to work - and these need replacing regularly so more cost. I was then inundated with further additions.

But main thing is that it simply doesnt work. Its absolutely crap.

I only bought it because of the reviews, but stupidly did not check the validity of these.
