Missing a card from my order. Contacted via email and was advised I'd receive a refund, which never arrived. Emailed again to chase and still haven't heard anything.

Visited the Lowestoft store today whilst visiting from out of town. We felt very welcome in store and the guy behind the counter was really kind to my daughter.
She bought the Pokemon Black Bolt collection box even though she wanted White Flare. She didn't notice they had them in and the guy at the counter kindly let her swap it for the White Flare. She was really pleased and it made her day. Thank you

Shop is super cool and the staff are amazing, so kind and helpful, and super friendly especially Ross and sasha, who helped me find product i wanted and suggested good started products for pokemon.

Always a great and pleasant time visiting the store, Ross is always very friendly and creates a positive atmosphere.

I just felt that i should say that i can not wait for my Yu-Gi-Oh tournament today and that i hope that skyward fire games might maybe buy my pokemon collection of me i got some pretty cool hidden gems.

The person who served me was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and gave me recommendations on what to buy. Plus the shop was varied and easy to get to

Seller cancelled order of a single card stating "had a run and sold before we could remove from website". After discussing the issue, the seller had found another version of the card that they could send me to make up for the issue. Which was accepted. Appreciate the solid communications, and the ability to reach a reasonable compromise.

On March 7, 2023, I made a purchase of a Pokemon card through eBay from Skyward Fire Games. Unfortunately, I received the customs letter too late and was unable to pay the required duties in time. As a result, the card was returned to the seller. It took a considerable amount of time before I finally received confirmation from the seller that they had indeed received the Pokemon card. According to their communication, they received the card back on May 3, 2022. Subsequently, I requested a refund for the amount paid. As I trusted Skyward Fire Games would arrange the refund asap, I didn't put in a claim with Ebay.

However, despite the passage of time, it is now May 23, and I have yet to receive the refund. The seller has ceased communication with me through eBay, and when I attempted to contact them via email, they informed me that they are not affiliated with the same company on eBay and advised me to communicate solely through the eBay platform. Whenever I attempt to call them, they fail to answer the phone, but I promptly receive a message through eBay. Furthermore, they now claim to be unable to locate the card in their warehouse, despite confirming its return to me on May 3.

The company's actions thus far have raised serious doubts about their trustworthiness, particularly since they have failed to provide the promised refund. EBay's guarantee being a form of buyer protection is time-limited and expired on May 4. Very shrewd of Skyward Fire Games to send me a message on May 3 confirming the receipt of the card and asking me whether they should do a refund or send the card again. They knew that after May 4 ebay's buyer protection would expire and that they don't have to deliver anymore. Anyway I will contact Ebay's customer support about this issue!

I have not played there yet so reviewing only as a shop.

Great range of board games reasonably priced, plenty of MTG (and other) cards, again good deals to be had.

Miniatures, paints and gaming related stuff of all kinds also available.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I usually come away with a purchase and recommend them very highly.

Will have to get in a game there sometime!

Took a journey to the store to sell my MTglG card collection after a friend spoke about their positive experience. Was given a rough duration for how long it would take to value. Took less time and I was very happy with the cash offer given.

Even low their Store is Currently Closed for Lock down the Staff go out their way to help you taking orders via their web site and going the extra mile to help you find what you need through face book messaging and e-mails

I look forward to when the Store reopens in the near future and Highly recommend them as you go to for trading cards and board games

Great store that has helped out people across Lowestoft with having a safe place to play games and meet friends. All popular games and memorabilia are kept in stock, but rest assured new arrivals and re-stocks are always around the corner!

Not only did the store repopularise communities such as Pokémon and MTG, but it also helped a lot of individuals (like myself) with feeling safer and welcomed. I myself gained a lot of confidence from interactions with staff and the community.

Very lovely store with lovely staff.
Highly recommend skyward fire for all of your card gaming needs and other nerdy merch definitely worth a visit if you are ever in Lowestoft or the surrounding areas.
