Used to be a fun & somewhat a fair experience. Lately feature games pay on avg about £8.00 when you've put in over £100 to get the chance. The features are rarer to even get. I've literally just put in £100 to get 1 fairly decent line payout (£9.00) but the blocks just stacked and stacked but wouldn't go even though it was completely full. This site just isn't it anymore. Last few months they've got greedy & are very shy on any decent chances. Save your money. I'm certainly going to from now on since even with the drops you're lucky if you see a fiver let alone the mini upwards & believe me I've put in wayyyy too much over the last year...

Extremely disappointing customer service – rude, unhelpful and unfair treatment

I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated by Sky Vegas and their customer service team.

I have enjoyed using Sky Vegas, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of the company.

My account has been restricted due to a third-party payment method used several years ago. I completely understand that companies have security procedures and verification requirements, and I have been more than willing to cooperate.

However, Sky Vegas is requesting a historical third-party bank statement while refusing to tell me the account holder’s name, the transaction date, the relevant statement period or even the last four digits of the payment method.

How am I reasonably expected to identify the correct document when they refuse to provide any information that would help me locate it?

To make matters worse, I was questioned about my financial circumstances, with particular attention being drawn to a balance of just £4 in my bank account. I found the way this was communicated extremely uncomfortable and judgmental. Having £4 in one account does not necessarily reflect someone’s entire financial situation.

I fully appreciate the importance of responsible gambling and affordability checks, but customers should still be treated with dignity, respect and professionalism.

Throughout my interactions, I felt dismissed rather than supported. Instead of being offered a reasonable solution or an alternative verification process, I was left feeling as though I was going around in circles.

I am not asking Sky Vegas to disregard its legal responsibilities. I am simply asking for clear communication, reasonable assistance and respectful customer service.

It is incredibly disappointing that a company of this size can leave a customer feeling so unheard.

I would strongly encourage Sky Vegas to review how its customer service team handles sensitive financial conversations and historical verification requests.

Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend their customer service.

I won over 388 pounds And tried to draw it out then sky vagas said i must play 10pound to draw it so i tried to draw it then sky said put 5 pound then i can i put 5 pound then they said it was a mistake i must out another 10 and they said they will draw it and put it in my bank in 4hours no money came i asked themwhere is my money then they blocked me out of the account its not the first time this has happenned

Absolutely awful experience dealing with an agent called Sucharitha at Sky Vegas. I spent over an hour being sent round in circles, asked the same questions repeatedly and given the same unhelpful advice. I felt like I was being fobbed off rather than listened to. Despite explaining myself numerous times, she just kept repeating the same things instead of actually helping or escalating the issue. The lack of care and professionalism was shocking. Sky Vegas seriously needs to look at its customer service because this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had..... wont be using them again!!! Better experience on temple slots and better odds and win more.

Would not recommend Skys beat the vault promotion. You unlock up to 3 lives per day by wagering up to 50 pounds. This week I had 18 lives and still had 12 chances left when I opened the vault to be given a £1 bonus this is absolutely appalling. Sky vegas are so greedy I’ve used this site for years and out of all the company’s I use sky are the only one that I have never received a decent win on. I would recommend the likes of mrq or coral for fair pay outs.

App and site are easy to navigate, and good win ratio

So I contacted sky Vegas about the return to player percentage. Definitely false advertising as it means our of every player that's played the game not for Individuals which is disgusting and purposely misleading. Then I addressed them about the double tap issue which is where they charge you twice for double tapping to spin when their app becomes less responsive. They ignored the issue multiple times and then basically claimed they checked their systems in two minutes. Pure scam, misleading and purposely lying and avoiding people's genuine issues. Poor customer retentions and report, half communication is automated making useless. Avoid at all costs.

I put loads of money on sky vegas. If I withdraw even 20 pound they take the rest of you that you have on your account you never win big it’s constant take take take and give u pitons back absolute joke stay clear there is other better websites that actually allow you to win a decent amount
