Does not offer flights that no commission is paid.
Terrible service and no managers will ever call or email you. Only operator who has no power .
I spent 20,000 on flights with no service…
Beware… only offers flights that they make commission on not regular Google available on line with same airline, flights that are openly available on the market…. Never pay for change policies as they never allow you to change….

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I have been on hold for days, and I cannot make any changes with the airline itself. You are locked into this facade of a company for the ticket, and in the end, the ticket wasn't even that much less than booking direct. I regret dealing with them. Go to Reddit, and everything they say is true.

Booked 2 business class flights and was…
Booked 2 business class flights and was told we could select from a list of 5 star hotels in Instanbul for 3 nights for free. Tried to select at time of booking an agent said it would be better to wait since we were almost a year out. Contacted him yesterday to see about booking and he now says only 1 hotel is available and it is on the outskirts of Istanbul. This is called deceptive trade practices. I called to talk to a supervisor and only a customer support person tried to help but said they could not help. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were not taking any calls.

Not happy with customer service
We wanted to book a flight to Seville. We got a fare price on Sun Aug 2, and agent told us he would call us the next day, Mon Aug 3 to see if they can use airmiles for the ticket and that may be cheaper. He never called us. I sent an email on Tuesday Aug 4 to confirm the tickets. He did not get back to us. I finally called him on Thursday Aug 6 and by this time the prices had gone up by almost 50%! Needless to say we could not purchase these expensive tickets. I am disappointed that the agent did not call us as he promised on Monday and I had to call him on Thursday to see what was going on with my flight tickets. Now we can't book! Very disappointed with the service.
