2 months later and Im still waiting for…
There was an unfournate failure with a broken tracking link for the package, which resulted in the Pillars of Creation being shipped back and fourth across the atlantic. The issue is currently being resolved.

I’ve reviewed the shipment history in detail. The package arrived in Denmark on January 19 and PostNord issued multiple notifications requesting VAT/import payment. When no payment was made, the shipment was returned.
It is currently in transit back to the United States.

Gorgeous Crab Nebula!
Just got my photo of the Crab Nebula and its so beautiful! The colors are just stunning and very vibrant! It took a couple of weeks to arrive but very happy. It was properly packaged and looks amazing! Good price too!

I hung up my pale blue dot poster in my office so that I can look at it and read the words of Carl Sagan to put my mind in perspective as I begin my day. My coworkers like to come in and read it too! I love it so much. Shipping was faster than expected. Very happy.

Poor Customer Service
I needed to exchange the photo I bought from this company and have been trying for 20 days to get a response. I’ve sent numerous messages requesting a return authorization per their website directions. I’ve also called them but no one picks up. I leave messages but no one responds. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Mistakes Happen...
Still waiting for a refund to be applied due to an inability for you to properly manage your website.
Update: Refund was received as promised and received good communication around the mistakes made around showing something was available when it was not.

Sky Image Lab Provides Bad Products/Service
Sky Image Lab provided a close up view, not the full photo that I ordered. The print is blurry and unclear. I sent a communication to them about this, and they did not respond. I would highly recommend not using their service to order Webb photos.
