Unfortunately after 10 years using skybet I can no longer trust them and so will be closing my account. After being automatically redirected from a free spin feature to a roulette game which I have never previously used or was asked to provide a stake my entire balance was taken. I queried this with several live chat operatives only to be told finally by their complaints team that this was a fair outcome??? staking my entire balance on a game I had not previously played in 10 years - beware it’s your word against theirs if you’re money is taken inappropriately

Avoid at all cost!!!! SCAMMers that hate winners.They suspended my account the very second i tried to withdraw.They asked me for documents,i ve sent them all, and they still say under review.It's not rocket science that needs days,as long as you are not blind nor retarded you should do it in a few minutes,not.days. The funny part is everytime i open a chat to speak to someone they said they are aware of my situation,but then they give me so called 'case numbers' which are always different. Long story short,they take your money and then refuse to give it back!!! I dont understand how they are able to operate like this in a so called 'Tier 1 ' country.Just don't use this SCAMMERS

Very poor customer service
First of all I have tried the phone number and email address listed here and neither are available. The only option you have is to go through their virtual assistant who only answers basics. I had to ask to make a complaint before I was put through to an agent, who then asked what my problem was. I explained but never heard back. Now I seem to be frozen out. Useless!

I genuinely have gotten scammed this betting app is stupid by making mistakes with their coefficients and advertising fake scores for fake winning teams. I have opened several tickets and opened a ticket with the Gambling Agency hopefully I’ll get to the bottom of this. I used this app for around 1 year. Everything was okay until now. They should have voided my bet rather than make me lose my money due to their negligence. Now I will try to escalate this further. Btw they have suspended my account with no viable reason and I can no longer withdraw my funds from my account. So I got scammed twice in one day 😂 I highly recommend to save yourself the hassle and don’t gamble or if anything use any other platform. This platform will deceive you eventually. I have photos and videos of everything if anyone is interested feel free to let me know.
