Scam on free spin games and vegas. Havent been able to use winning spins for days. Helpdesk are no help

Excellent customer service and really care about their customers and their gambling habits. Always put the customer first and act like it's not all about making money from them.

Do not use sky bet! They didn't honour 2 bets in WC26 that I should have won but they said I lost. I watched the games saw the shots on target. Can't help but wonder how many other people they've stole 20 quid from here n there, not a lot of money I know but they do it enough its millions.

Had a bet disappear on account. Contacted customer support who were Too Busy to answer and would message me when they felt like dealing with me. Worst odds and worst customer supoort.

Agent not even quoting the right race when arguing a pay out more then happy to take your money soon as you win good luck getting paid.

My acct was blocked because I tried logging in multiple times and when I contacted them about it, the security checks was well structured and standard. I have now confirmed that SkyBet security checks is mind blowing. No body can beat the system.

Every time I do a build a bet they cancel the cash out if it has a chance of winning for the rest of the game and stop all the stats updates - they take forever to put you through to someone and when they do they don’t take any action - it’s literally every single time you may have a winning build a bet

App is now terrible , way too glitchy.

App has been very, very glitchy and slow this past week, especially.

Used to be a good app but since the updates (hardly an update though is it), app and site now much worse.
Odds change and drop by the time the app decides to load the selections you make to betslip. - Recently, i was trying to place a bet , it was slow to load so, i asked my 95 year old nan to run down the bookies , 20 minutes down the road, to place my bet please nan , she did that and managed to run back home and yes, Skybet app was still loading.

Pretty much ruined what used to be a good app.

They definitely mess about with the odds, worst odds of all the bookies.

Example, genuinely .. Recently placed a bet, 1 minute before the race started , Skybet offering around 18/1 , but other bookmakers and the SP of the horse was actually 22/1.

Actually used to be a good App but its now pretty much ruined .. doesn't even serve the purpose that it's supposed to.

These 5 star reviews have to be questioned , based on the App and overall efficiency, definitely not a 5 star business.

Skybet do not take any responsibility for account validation issues. This account was active for 2 years without any account validation measures in place, specifically in regards to the card used to make deposits.

The cards used were not in the name of the account holder and skybet should take responsibility for this, as they should have active measures in place to prevent deposits to an account in a different name, specifically if the punter has gambling or mental health problems.

Skybet as a company blame the punter and when this issue is reported to them they adapt a cold approach, directing you to their terms and conditions of service.

In addition, their complaints team spoke to me via email back in February 2026, referencing a different name to that stored on the account. Had they have completed their due diligence they would have locked the account and asked for account validation documentation. They did not, leading to further losses incurred.

In addition to the above, skybet management do not take any responsibility either, refusing to communicate with me directly, instead referring me to a "senoir complaints handler."

Everything about this company is wrong. They do not adhere to the responsible gambling processes set out by the gambling commission. They do not care about the punter and any issues with gambling or mental health and their systems in place do not identify issues with card/account mis-matches.

In addition, they do not have random spot checks on accounts to check this information/documentation. Its all about the money for them, not the customers welfare.

They should be shut down! Immediately!

Just been restricted to a maximum bet of £2.50 , when I only bet £30 a week at the most . They couldn't and wouldn't even give me a reason . Pathetic company please avoid at all costs
