I ordered my tee shirts on 12th April the system says they were processed and despatched the same day but still not received them and it’s 19th May . The tracking system is also poor so no idea where my purchases are. Other customers commented on the long shipping times but most seemed to receive them within a month but I haven’t.

Terrible quality control practices. ABHORRENT customer service. The claims process is BS. I provided proof that I received the wrong size, yet they still denied my claim. Support chat is useless. The reviews here all seem like a coordinated attempt to lend credence to their company. Don't fall for it. Time for legal action.
