Skousen Reviews 

Skousen is always a good source of good offers, especially if one doesn't care to have the very latest products. However, I'm not giving 5 stars because when I order 2 products I pay two deliveries even though both arrive with the same van

Nice and smooth purchasing experience

It is quite hard to find a place that will deliver kitchen appliances as well as install them and in Skousen you find both also at a rather reasonable price all considered. There was also a misunderstanding with the time and they arrived 1 hour later of what was agreed and when I called, they immediately suggested to return the money, so the customer service was quick and efficient as well. Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience.

God kvalitet, hurtig ekspedition

Ordered a blender and my box of goods was torn and open, I am left wondering what was going on and if I can use it.

We bought an LG American style refrigerator. Nice price. It turned out it was difficult for the freight people to move it in when they moved out our old refrigerator. They strongly recommended removing our door frame and said that this would certainly do the trick. They first recommended us to take to Skousden to see if other options would be possible, including removing the doors of the refrigerator. This communication took several days and ended with that they said they did not know what to do. So, we took off the door frame with additional cost. This left a hole that was several cm larger than the box that the refrigerator was in. We then asked skousdeb to send their installers again. They said yes but then the next day said they could not do it! We hired some movers who could come right away and carried it in with no problems. Once unpacked, we realized that it would have been entirely possible to remove the fridge doors, there were clear instructions on the refrigerator on how to do that. The summary is then that the skousden sales people do not really know their products in terms of installation, and this lead to many extra costs and we had to live without a functioning refrigerator for a week. Will not buy from them again.

The best service ever!
We ordered a washing machine and dryer, and they were waiting a bit longer to get products in stock, but we got immediately few solutions how to resolve that small problem with generous offers. All recommendations for Skousen. Fast, good, competitive prices (when goods are at a discount, it is a good discount), and excellent service.

Easy order process and very fast delivery 👌

Terrible service!! Lost track of our payments and keep cancelling the delivery times. Have had to miss 2 days of work and wait over 3 weeks for the delivery of our dishwasher.

I called twice asking for the invoice to be corrected. A few days have passed and no one has spoken to me.

Paid for delivery with installation, 2 guys show up, 1 can not speak danish, 1 can barely say some words.

They remove the old washing machine, and they forget to close the water before unplugging the water hose: water everywhere!

Then they place the new washing machine, and again open the water before attaching the new water hose! water everywhere for the second time.

Then they can not connect the new water hose, and instead of just stop there, they try to use the old water hose. but of course they have damaged it, so it leaks. I show it to them, and they try to fix it.

It stop leaking, but it is all bent and water barely comes into the water hose. They say "contact a VVS" and leave...

I know it is not Skousen itself, but Skousen is responsible for choosing this company to run the installation.

I will NEVER recommend SKOUSEN to anyone! yes they have nice offers, but everyone else does it as well!

The cargo did not arrive on time. First they delayed it, then they delayed it again, then they delayed it again and finally I was still waiting for the cargo without giving any information. It is not a good service at all, do not shop online from here, finally I returned it. When I returned it, the people I talked to were only helpful that much

Super god service

The purchase process was smooth and the customer service is kind and responsive. The equipments were delivered in good condition although the delivery team was somehow careless and made some damages on the floor but that’s another story.
