easy to place order, good quality merchandise, delivery was quick so overall a great experience

I ordered late afternoon and the jacket was shipped the next day. Fedex delivered the next morning! There wasn't even time to track Fedex delivery before it arrived. Very pleasing.

The Jacket was just like the photo and fitted perfectly. My husband was delighted.

We needed a black suit for Dad, and as he doesn’t usually wear one, we were unsure of sizing.

Daf Jones, suit salesman. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and polite. Sorted Grandad out with a lovely jacket and some chinos, in all the colours. And my hubby with a couple of jackets and a waistcoat. Fab sales, fab size choices. Disappointed no wrangler jeans in a 30 though. Will definately call again next time we are over to visit the inlaws.

Ordered arrived next day

Managed to get the suit I really wanted. Arrived packaged and boxed in good condition. Great quality and fits perfectly. The website was quick and easy to use. The only downside to the whole experience was that the delivery driver just left the parcel on the doorstep, luckily for me my neighbour noticed and took the parcel in before it was stolen.

The Designer Outlet Shop at York is fantastic my 18 yr old wont go anywhere else for his attire for his new job. We both have total faith in their advice. Their customer service goes above and beyond to help find what suits you. The quality of the clothes is lovely and the price always competitive. I visited the designer outlet in Bridgend, South Wales. I needed a new suit for an important wedding and I had no idea what type and style of suit. Calum was the sales assistant who helped and he was brilliant. He literally steered me to what I needed straight away. He was so helpful and the prices are absolutely great.

We went to Tweedmill St Asaph to the menswear section and Daf Jones was ever so helpful helping Phil to buy a suit for a wedding .
He gave good advice & was very knowledgeable about what Phil wanted to buy.
He also had a wonderful personality. It is so good to be served by someone who cares.
In fact, Phil went in to buy a suit and he actually bought 2.
It was an overall enjoyable experience.

Went into the Skopes White Rose store to browse and loved one of the jackets but they didn't have it in my size - Mike was really helpful and offered me great advice and measured me for the jacket fitting, then pointed me towards the website. Got my Doyle jacket and also a lovely 3-piece Jodrell suit at a bargain. The online service was also great and delivery was rapid. Excellent service from start to finish!
